Szpilka is only a slightly less garbage opponent. Don't fall into a prediction trap.

    "Former cruiser" :rofl

He fought there for the first eight months of his career, a grand total of 4x.

His mean/median/mode weight is 230. :hi:

...and he isn't THAT chinny. The current holder of all the belts save Wilder's green one has arguably the worse chin.

Just as many boxers have come out and spoke highly of Wilder, it doesn't really mean anything. Szpilka hasn't beaten anyone close to Wilder. There is absolutely nothing to indicate this would be an easy win for him. Or a win period frankly.

Nevertheless, the fact that Wilder is a bit of an under dog and so many people doubt him sort of makes the ride more fun. Very few people thought George Foreman would beat Joe Frazier as well.

Szpilka has been down but always gets up. IMO his chin is not a liability. He got stopped by Jennings but that was more due to being gassed than anything.

Szpilka in peak shape will be Wilders toughest opponent to date.

Wilder chicken danced from a jab. No question Szpilka is more than capable of putting him on the canvas.

He isn't that chinny, that being said I'm pretty sure Wilder hits harder than Jennings.

He's pretty chinny and Wilder's got power unlike anything he's seen. He's getting stopped, I don't see this going past 3 rounds even.

I agree with this. Szpilka has the best skill/power combination among Wilder's 35 opponents. He'll be a bigger test than Stiverne unless he gets caught flush with a 1-2 early in the fight.

3 defenses of his belt and not one is a top 15 opponent. Says it all.

Adamek is a better win for Szpilka than Wilder's whole career. Not sure why you guys rate Wilder that high. He's below average and I don't even rate Szpilka high.

-Put down by morbidly obese Dustin Nichols with a "Check-Jab"
--Put down heavily and almost out* by career loser Harold Sconiers
--Built much of he career by beating sad corpses like Harrison and Lyakovich
--Brought in personal friend Malik Scott to take an obvious dive
--Did not fight the real champ for his "title" but a Don King manufactured Buffet champion
--Knocked down by 2 Wlad jabs and out with one medium left hook in sparring
--Destroyed and almost ktfo'd by Haye in sparring
--Rocked heavily by a Firtha jab
--Could not defeat Stiverne as convincingly as Demetrice King
--Could not even knock Stiverne down like Rossy
--Some of the most shameful opponents for his "title defenses" that the world has ever seen, showing his low self esteem
--Rocked badly and almost out vs Molina
--He did not perform as well agasint Molina as Arreola OR ASHANTI JORDAN, both of whom knocked him out in 1
--Eye busted up amd made to look like a gargoyle by Duhaupas, a French pastry chef
--Sold as a nice guy, but actually spends his time beating up hookers and mental patient Charlie Zelenoff, who are ironically his best opponents
--Dispresects great fighters like Tyson and Klitshcko
--Now trying to claim that Fury's "courageous" win somehow makes him champion.
    --Avoiding Povetkin like the plague
--Seems to be using a new tactic, probably to mask steroid use, of not allowing his pathetic opponents a full camp
--Was considering Wawryck, knocked out in 3 by his mandatory, as an opponent
--Offered a shot to Adamek, a shot to pieces 39 year old former LHW who is 1-2 in his last three, but only allowed him a 6 week camp.
--Avoided Briggs and Bronco Billy Wright, shot fighters who carry AARP cards
--Will fight an unemployed Soccer Hooligan named Szpilka? on 4 weeks notice, and will underpay him, overfeed* and hooker him up

Also, being too and Haymon fighter, he's probably been paid good moneys to take a dive and not throwing punches Malik Scott style.

The most moneys he'll ever see in boxing anyway:roll:
