    Against Washington he was getting better with each round, clearly dominating younger opponent. I don't think his age will be important. It all comes down to Szpilka's mentality and tactics...

    Yep. Spilka will try to box him, and get caught mid to late rounds.

    Szpilka being dropped at least once wouldn't be shocking but he does have the ability to get up and compose himself - like he did both times with Mollo. It's prety impressive....but, Mansour is a different boxer than Mollo. I'm a huge fan of Szpilka and I'm excited to see him with some living opponent.

    Didn't know about this one. Excellent test for Szpilka. Another good HW bout that is taking place in the next 6-7 weeks.

    High risk, low (ish) reward kind of fight. Didn't expect any more fights for Artur this year after proposed fight with Cunningham fell through. Guess they changed their minds. After Jennings, Mansour is probably the liveliest opponent Szpilka has faced, so we'll really get to see whether progress has been made under Shields. On the other hand, Szpilka is the heaviest puncher Amir has faced, so we'll get to see whether his chin is up to snuff.

    Don't forget they turned Szpilka back at the airport and he had to go back to Poland because he didn't have the right paperwork right before the fight. That couldn't have helped. He also took that fight on short notice. Not taking anything away from Jennings but I think Szpilka is better now than he was then. Like you said we will see if progress has been made under Shields. I will put my undefeated record on predicting Szpilka fights (been following him for awhile) and say his jab will be the difference and Szpilka pulls out a win.

    Szpilka has natural talent, but he needed a trainer badly......................he will improve..................

    Szpilka had 30 hours flight time with 3 days to acclimate to a new time zone. If Jennings had to do that he would have been the one going down in the last round. No question this fight should be repeated.

    I think Ronnie is the guy to help him out... he's got him hungry and learning a lot. It was a good move for Artur to move to the US and completely focus on boxing.

    Szpilka lucked out. He couldnt have found a better trainer than Ronnie if he hand picked somebody himself.
