Szpilka is not good. I am not in training right now because of my studies but I am confident enough that I would beat him, even when walking with around 86 kg right now.

Mansour will knock him out within a few rounds. Szpilka did not improve at all. People say he has punching power but that's a myth.

Then you've made a poor life decision because even if you were studying to become a neurosurgeon, Szpilka would still make more than your lying ass.

Well, so is Szpilka. I feel Szpilka will need to be disciplined on the defensive end - and not to fall into his habit of brawling which is very tempting with a guy like Mansour - to have a chance.

Szpilka vs Mansour postponed til January because of TV rights. Fightcard was supposedly "too strong"... I don't buy that - I think Szpilka may end up being Wilder's opponent in January.

Wouldn't surprise me. Takam and Browne are the only viable opponents in the top 15 without fights or promotional differences.
I highly doubt Wilder would risk it all against Takam.
That leaves Browne who Wilder can easily out box. However Browne can punch well........
    Szpilka is definitely an option.

Browne is injured (or just after injury) + he has promotional issues with Hatton + he waits on Chagaev (they are scheduled to fight in early 2016). I don't think it will happen. Takam is waaaay too risky... That's why I think that Szpilka might be an option as he is also with Haymon. But you can never rule out some drastic changes in WBC ranking, like Scott or Wawrzyk appearing in the TOP15 ;)

Did Szpilka made really so much in his career? He made 100k against Jennings. Besides that, what? He has to pay taxes, his team and his apartment that he bought. My major is business, I don't expect to be rich but I won't make debts and save moeny. Szpilka probably had around 80k from the Jennings fight for himself, that's doable for someone who works.

I don't know how much he made against Adamek but I know he don't get that much AFTER Adamek. Szpilka is 26, how long will he box? Will he ever be elite level? PVP? I doubt it. He's not a millionaire, he didn't fly first class to the US.

Being a pro boxer doesn't mean to be rich. Mago couldn't pay his hospital bills after Perez and got support from a wealthy Russian.

Anyway, I am pretty sure a good surgeon makes more than Szpilka. Because back in Poland, he lives in an apartment.

And I am also confient enough to beat Szpilka. David Saulsberry almost knocked him out. He struggled with Brian Minto who was knocked out against White in his last fight within the first few rounds.

Minto and Saulsberry are no match for me.

I bet he made another 100k vs Adamek that was on Polstat PPV. He is staying in a place in Stafford, Texas with his lady and baby. Looking forward to see how he does against Mansour.

I don't know, I supported Szpilka back then against the like of Ramiz but every other fight mad me less of a fan and today I don't see him as a good boxer anymore. He will never reach the status of Polish fighters like Fonfara, Glowacki, Adamek or Michalczewski.

I would rather see the media hype Zimnoch back then. He's a good boxer actually, good amateur career where he beat Wilder. This guy know how to box.

Sounds like you know your **** GGG. Don't forget he was seriously jet lagged for Jennings because of visa problems. I wonder how Jennings would have done against him if he just flew 30 hours a few days before the fight? I still have hopes for Artur. We will see what happens.

Szpilka wouldn't beat Jennings in a million years... There was just no way. He basically arranged this fight by himself, his promoters were reluctant to agree. And it happened for a reason... Szpilka does everything emotionally, even in the ring he is often not able to think clearly. Lapin - his former coach - found a way. Against Adamek he boxed like a veteren. Yes, that was very past-prime Adamek, but still he outboxed him in a great manner.

Jennings would beat him 99 times out of 100 because of two things: impeccable defence and stamina. Being jetlagged had nothing to do with that, Szpilka never complained about that.

What are we talking about? He went down in fights with tomato can Saulsberry and Mollo (twice!). Was he jetlagged there too? He has defensive & temper issues, that's all there is to it. I'm eager to see what Shields can do with him, but he needs proper test. None of the last three fights proved anything.
