T.Fury should be a top 10 p4p fighter now, Rigo got there by beating #4 p4p Donaire

I think fury did hurt him when fury got the point penalty just before that fury whacked him wlad got him in an arm bar and turned around to protect himself

The leaping left hook probably hurt him too, I meant in the beginning of the fight, he didnt get hurt till late. If Wlad were to lose nearly every round I'd expect him to get knocked down or hurt in the first 2 rounds and be on the backfoot looking to survive. That beign said here was my take before the fight.

Hatton-Zoo isnt really overrated in 2015 though, I rarely see people give him too much credit for that win. Trust me Wlad/Tyson would be on a different level of overrated win if Tyson wins, since Wlad is on a 10 year streak people will completely disregard his age, his struggle against Jennings, and act like he beat a prime Wlad. Some morons will even make an argument for Wlad being far better than he was 10 years ago. Yes Wlad is smarter forsure than before but I'd take his youth over those brains against a heavyweight who doesnt hit hard like Fury.

    Wlad. My official prediction.

Wlad is old a ****.. if Fury beats him how much credit does he really deserve? If you dont think prime Wlad would have killed Jennings ydksab, age matters, even Tyson said so himself. Now I'm picking Wlad to win, but if he doesn't it does nothing to tarnish his career at age 39 he's still dominating the youngns, if Fury wins, good for him, he's the #1 HW but really the win will be blown way out of proportion.

Another poster "Jacko" on that thread was really on point with his response to me.
Thr Jennings fight, for me, said more about Jennings style than it did about Wlad's decline. I'm not a big fan of Jennings, but unlike a lot of Wlad's opponents he didn't just stand there statically in front of Wlad, letting him pump out his jab and straight right in Jennings face. Wlad only really lets his right hand go when he is confortable, when his opponent is stationary, at the end of his jab. If he feels he is at a safe distance and nothing will come back at him, then he will let the big shots go. Give Wlad some movement, be it foot or just upper body movement and his work rate decreases to a stand still and it gives of the impression that he can no longer pull the trigger.

Fury's movement really disrupted Wlad's rhythm. And I don't think a prime Wlad would ahve walked through Fury either, this was a bad match up for Wlad.

I backed fury and broke down how the fight would go. Fury beats any version of wlad to fast to furious

*too fast too furious*. And I might agree with you on that. His style is just a nightmare for Wlad, Wlad has never had to deal with being the aggresor against a guy who has a longer reach, is quicker, and is a master at feinting and head movement. But honestly a prime wlad was FAR faster than he is now, especially his foot movement, and he did pull out for an injury so that might have been a factor too.

I think Tyson Fury has earned P4P after outsmarting and beating a true ATG heavyweight to become unified champ in a way in which won't be so different even if Wladimir was prime.

Wlad is probably on the PED's anyway.

Wlad landed 3 or 4 flush shots on Fury during the later rounds, Fury never blinked.

Fury also landed a couple of big shots in the later rounds, and shook Wlad down to his boots both times.

Fury punches with his arms, and doesn't use his body, if you think that means he doesn't hit hard, you're clueless.

fury does not have the resume of a top 10 p4p fighter and IMO not the skills even though he is most probably the best 6.9 plus boxer of all time.

cannot think of another boxer of his size ever with talent they wete all box by numbers fighters.
give him 3 decent defenses of the belt v a few styles and put him in the top 10
ring magazine top 10 is always slightly biased.

So I guess Carl Froch is clueless too . Fury isn't a one punch knock out artist, he's not feather fisted, but he doesn't have natural raw power, if you think he does, you're clueless. even most Fury nuthuggers will admit this.

Wlad is the biggest puncher in heavyweight boxing. Doesn't matter a damn he couldn't hurt the furious one

Because he couldnt land flush, let me ask you gramsey, do you think Mayweather is a boring fighter . If you do what do you think of Fury, who throws 10x less punchers than Mayweather a round, and stands in the pocket 10x less too.

I'm obviously exaggerating, but Mayweather throws FAR more punches than Fury does, moves far less and stands in the pocket too. So do you think Fury is boring? Or do you only criticize Mayweather , you remind me of the Klitschko fans talking about how Mayweather is so boring, and Klitschko is exciting becuase he clinches a million times but gets knock downs against Povetkin type opposition.
