    Because Lewis wasn't given coarse gloves or a sharp weapon. He cut him by boxing his face off. So it happened in the confines of the fight. It could happen again. Or more likely fit Lewis just knocks him out anyway

    And you can supply proof of this, right? What reason would they have to boo Lewis, for beating Vits up? Irrelevant anyway as NOTHING changes the fact of TKO6!
