For someone with no knowledge about boxing this is the result that appears on boxrec. People that actually value boxing and love to watch it have a different opinion.

Basically:
Robotic response: TKO6
Rational watched fight response: Lewis was losing the fight and was on his way to lose. Then, he refused the rematch and retired.

I don't mind the robotic way of looking at it. It only shows the boxing knowledge of a poster

And that doesn't excuse Vits for never rematching him, especially considering Byrd was still highly rank for enough years That Vittles could have sought a rematch to redeem himself for quitting. Klitards double standards are amusing. Answer me this. Why is it not ok for a guy to win and retire but its not ok to quit and never seek a rematch after telling your fans you would get your title back? And please don't use the lame "but Byrd didn't have the title anymore", we all know what Vitley do right was referring to.
