Still a legal punch. Still TKO6.

Probably will remain this way forever.

 

Vitali didn't lose this fight.

 

I supported Vitali in this fight and still do yet that punch was legal. There's no way in hell for Lewis, despite his experience, to time a thumb/lace.

 

Film don't lie, and Lewis ducked the re-match for a reason. TKO6, with cheating. Lewis also pushed Vitali down and flopped on top of him, and stuck the top of his head in the cut region multiple times on breaks, not to mention hitting and holding.

That's not even the punch that opened the cut. The one that did the real damage was an overhand right on the inside.

1) Get your facts straight

The fight was ten years ago. Lewis was in the worst shape of his career and he still turned Vitali into a bloody mess.

 

Actually he did, he was stopped

 

And he didn't lose the Byrd fight either.

And Wlad didn't lose against Puritty, Sanders or Brewster...

Even if you count one of the cut as illegal ( which it wasn't )... What about all the other cuts... his cheek bone was cut and his bottom lip was split wide open with a big flap of skin flapping about the place.

They couldn't of all happened off that one punch.. haha
