Seriously, is that supposed to pull LL fans over the edge betting on him if it ever happens in 2015. I would expect 20/1 odds at least.

I watched the fight again last night and it was different from how I remembered it.
I previously remembered Lewis staggering about the whole fight like he was in the 2nd however he wasn't and he got clobbered in the second to make him appear that way.

There was no doubt Lewis would tire first but he was a far better boxer than Vlad in the fight.
The fight should have been stopped sooner. If you don't believe me you should perhaps believe George Foreman a former heavyweight great and champion who's boxed more rounds than all of us put together and said the same thing.

Lewis had nothing to prove - even Michael Buffer said in the intros that he has defeated every fighter he has ever faced. Vlad hasn't even bothered to do that given his recent dominance.

1 is a boring hideous pile of **** who cheats pretty much most of the time and bores you rigid.

the other has a really **** resume when he didn't even have to (there were some good solid fights out there for him but Wlad seemed to get all of them)
his biggest achievement is losing to a genuine great. a great that both brothers won't ever come close to. even if you combine them. even if they went to Africa to see a which doctor.

this makes the "fans" angry and deluded.

The Kirk Johnson superfight just wasn't going to happen. The Johnson Challenge was the only thing Lewis could get up for.

Johnson was all Lennox Lewis ever wanted. He couldn't get Johnson, he lost motivation, he couldn't get up anymore.

 

Lewis needed Johnson for motivation, Vitali removed Johnson, and Lewis lost the will to get up for it.

 

The WBC forced Lewis to retire when they ordered the rematch with Vitali

poor Lewis must have shat himself, he was probably planning to duck the rematch forever, seeing how he barely escaped with a lucky ¨victory¨ the first time, Lewis was smart, he knows you don't win the lottery twice and didn't want to push his luck any further

Lewis had no option but retire, it was that or pulling a Bowe, because he sure as hell wouldn't be fighting Vitali again, highest payday available or not

He'll always be the chicken who got scared into retirement by a green Vitali, though

And his moronic fanboys will be forever butthurt over that, knowing a good portion of Lewis' manhood was taken by Vitali to never return
