What relevance does this fight have today? None. Vladimir is the best of his generation in terms of skill, resume & accomplishment. Fact! Vitali was too prone to injury & inactivity. This thread is perpetuated by certain factions who have a black supremacy complex at HW and who don't like fighters like K2, Pulev, Sasha, Maskaev, Iggy etc... I am totally at peace with Lewis beating Vitali & feel neither threatened nor insecure. EE fighters are here to stay wether some like it or not. They have also shown time & again that certain long held stereotypes & cliches that some dinosaurs like to peddle are in fact false & built upon ones own prejudices & bias & not representative of the picture as a whole. Times have changed. Embrace them or go watch ESPN classics.
That's exactly why these threads are brought out time and again. It was over a decade ago. It's simply insecurity. A crutch...
Come on, I expect better of you than a lame line from an advert! You don't see Vitali turn his head to the right? He does you know. Clearly...
Just read that Nay__Sayers post history! The guy who just bumped the thread.. On threads pertaining to i.e Klitschko in the general forum he goes off on tangents citing 'Negroid body plans' & ancient Egyptian hair types! I mean loooollllz or what... What does that tell you about him?! LMAO Is it our fault Trump has been elected or his culture has been reduced to a hashtag? No. Please get with the programme folks it's nearly 2017.
Don't you come in here asking sensible questions. Lewis is the boxing equivalent of a lottery winner repeatedly landing blows on Vitali's face like that according to some of the crack pots on here. It was obvious that Vitali could have gone on for another 100 rounds at the same pace as he fought in the first round whilst Lewis had completely emptied his tank they'd have you believe. And the doctor was corrupt, sure it looked bad to a layman but a trained medical professional should have seen how having his face caved in like that actually improved his range of vision and his reflexes. Prob.
LOL! Nay__sayer types are in for a rough ride these upcoming years. Take a look at the upcoming talent in the ams. Plus they have the nightmare of GGG, Kovalev, Usyk and Lomachenko that are NO DOUBT going to trigger some inferiority complexes for the next 7-10 years. You can already see it in THOUSANDS of comments on you tube. And it's going to get HILARIOUS after Klitschko clips Joshua. Lol WATCH!
All the poster's who saw LL landing clean legal punches causing cuts and not exacerbating them with head butts are the same people who saw Kovalev holding Ward.
I am a fan of his no doubt. You, however, have an unhealthy obsession, and even though this strongly-held sentiment is expressed in a form of apparent loathing, the strength of feeling is still there and evident. Psychologists would have a field day with that. Love has many latitudes where it comfortably resides...
Prime for prime I think Lenny does a number on Wlad too but then again I think he matches up well with anyone in the history of the sport. It's hard to imagine anyone beating him when he's on form. It's my opinion that Lennox beat Lennox in the fights he lost. His arrogance coupled with his laziness are what cost him and you'd like to think he'd train properly and fight smart against an Ali or a Foreman and prob beat them whereas I wouldn't be surprised to see him take L's to the Norton's, Lyle's, Shavers' and Greg Page's of the world due to complacency.
