It starts out with 10 mil being a deal breaking clause when it only matters if he doesn't make weight.
It's just to keep floyd in check, because he didn't make weight in his last fight.

If Pac was on PED's and as many people claim, he used it to retain his speed and power in higher weights...well he has now achieved that. Since he is now a 147lb fighter with speed and power, thanks to "steroids" then he will simply do without the ped's for this fight, take the 40mil and laugh all the way to the bank...and oh, try beat Floyd.

This was not about Pac being guilty or not, its simply a case of ego. 2 best fighters in the world, 2 of the biggest ego's in boxing.

Ego is an unacceptable excuse for not making a fight happen, specially when you claim to fight for the fans.

Floyd didn't make 144. He was 146. There is no evidence to show that he won't make 147, so the weight clause is not at all reflective of a real possibility.
