I blame Arum mostly but Pac def deserves some blame as does Mayweather.

I think the point he is trying to make is that, pac wanted the 10 mil in the deal. And Mayweather wanted the random drug tests.

I think hes trying to say that should be able to comprimise with each guy getting something that was important to him in the negotiation.

    - Mayweather made a demand not made in 90% of all fights
    - Pac didnt accept it when it would have been easy to do so
    - Pac is the one that broke negotiations and booked another fight instead of working it out

Blame is on both of them in my opinion....

and just like i figured, sports writers are already starting to bash boxing because of this. what a ****ing shame.

What a bunch of bull****.... everyone INVOLVED should be embarresed.

He did compromise, first 30 days which is better than what any of Floyds previous opponents have done, then 24 days. Pac also wanted a bigger share from the 50/50 purse split, people act like it was only PBF who compromised on that but both did. Arum compromised on the venue, he obviously wanted Dallas...GBP/PBF wanted vegas, they went vegas. Pac compromised on billing, Mayweather-Pacquiao instead of Pacquiao-Mayweather(remember how big their ego's are). Both compromised on weight, Pac wanted catchweight, Floyd said 154...both settled for 147.

There was compromise on both sides...somehow though, 10 days ruined the whole thing, the difference between 24 and 14...both are pathetic for not being able to agree on it.

    Good article.

Pac is definitely more to blame than PBF, but neither are blameless

PBF would have won by tko stoppage in the end and the Pac camp never wanted that.

outside of JMM who he has been given two favourable decisions against.

I more or less agree. Athletes have lost our trust and if they want to earn their money they should at least show us that they truly earned their money.

Good read ,right on point.these pacquiao fans know themselves a man with nothing to hide don`t give up 40 million & change his answer so many f`n times. He would have said OK Mayweather I`ll take any test you`ll take & then see you in the square circle. He didn`t do that.He looked for another Arum bumboy as fast as he could, somebody that aint asking any questions & is happy to get a paycheck. It`s still hard to believe,

Maybe he had another reason, wonder how he would have made out running for politics in May after 1 Floyd beats his ass & 2 he fails random drug test:hi:
