Takashi "The Tortoise" Uchiyama

Uchiyama was meh. I liked his style of fighting early on in his reign and had hopes of him doing real good and maybe becoming a P4Per or unifying, but far too many fights against bums, too inactive and no desire to step up or face other champions (probably cause he knew he wasn't good enough) and losing twice to Corrales . He was a disapointment really, He wasn't that good clearly.

Sure there's some truth to everything in your post before that. But Uchiyama was clearly good by the standards of a titlist.
