:pc True4u have flaked on us! :-(

    Anthems finished ten minutes ago.

Oh well - Teleto in Japan has delayed coverage, top of the hour. Meantime, everybody stay off Boxrec just in case of spoilers!

edit: never mind, True4U is showing the fight!

This has to be on at least a 10-minute delay, though. No way did the fighters and everyone just stand around that whole time after the anthems while True4U showed a random interview with an old Siamese dude that looked to have zilch to do with boxing. :?

    Round 1

Uchiyama is working the left jab steadily, dictating the pace. Jomthong is crowding in, however, giving Uchiyama little respect, high guard up, dropping in the southpaw jab in airstair fashion. Fewer jabs by Jomthong, concentrating on pressing forward, staying in Uchiyama's face, intimidation tactics. Uchiyama busier, throwing medium-speed jabs but plenty of them. BIG 1-2 BY UCHIYAMA!! Jomthong is stunned! Jomthing retreats into the ropes and Uchiyama follows, cracking him repeatedly with the 1-2. Jomthong keeps up the high guard, his own fists getting battered into his face. Jomthong clears the cobwebs and begins to work some right hooks coming forward in the last twenty seconds, but not enough to recover the round.

    10-9 Uchiyama

Didn't expect Uchiyama to bull Jomthong for much of the opening round, HUGE right hands!

    Round 2

Uchiyama circles and jabs. High guard up, Jomthong is wary, leaving a gap, circling at mid-range. Uchiyama wastes a few jabs up high, steps laterally, and lands a humongous right hand lead downstairs. Jomthong is staggered back a step, clutching his solar plexus, then drops. HE ISN'T GETTING UP!

    KO2!!
