Solid left hands by Igarashi, circling right now and keeping distance. Jaro is focusing his big right hand on the body, loading up and falling in with it. Igarashi is letting it land, maybe unwise, choosing to keep his guard high and not leap out of the way as the body shots are inbound. Jaro digs several uppercuts into his stomach and whacks at his high guard with some right hooks to keep him honest. Jaro putting in work.

1-2 to the body by Igarashi. Really heavy shots to the body of Jaro, putting him in a corner. Igarashi is absolutely hammering him, and Jaro is just pinning his forearms to his face and leaving himself exposed above the belt line. Igarashi exploiting it, turning over some hard right hooks and avalanche lefts. Jaro is able to stiff-arm his way out of the corner and tries to place a left jab on the chin of Igarashi as he dances back and circles to the left. Quick right jab snapped out by Igarashi while kicking out into a trot. Jaro lunges with a jab stretched out toward his hairline and then wings a big right hand, causing a head clash. Jaro gets warned. Igarashi finds a hole in Jaro's defense and starts to shred him with straight shots to the face, left and right pistons.

Igarashi fixes his right jab on the top of Jaro's head as the champion hunkers down and orbits him with his shoulders curled up to his ears, throwing body shots from strange angles. Igarashi is stepping around, squaring up, and landing the long right jab. Jaro slaps at him with a windmilled left hook, misses. They trade jabs from mid-range, Igarashi to the head and Jaro to the body. Jaro bulls in and buries his head in Igarashi's stomach as the challenger pushes down on his head until the break. Hard rights to the body by Jaro!! Igarashi answers back!! SOLID 1-2 to the face! Another!

Hard 1-2's to the face by Igarashi. Light right jabs brushing the forehead of Jaro as Igarashi steps around him, finding his range and taking aim, then stiffer jabs with crosses behind them. Jaro is whipping that right hand, up at the face and down to the body. Igarashi stunned! Backing up. Another round where the dynamic has taken a complete 180 degree turn by the midway point. Jaro is stalking, whipping Igarashi with devastating rights as he drags the arm behind him on the way in like a heavy chain.
