Neither of them ducked. Loma can easily go up to 130 if he really wanted the fight to happen. People outgrow divisions.

He didn't outgrow it, he was too big for it to begin with, he should have been at SFW all along. As far as Loma goes he's out of options at FW but if he did move up to SFW, he'd have bigger more ferocious fish to fry than the Axeman he's a small fish in a big pond up there. Uchiyama, Miura, Vargas and Pedraza are all bigger threats to Loma than he is.

He didn't school anybody it was a toe to toe battle and he landed the more effective shots, not quite Rigo-Donaire. Uchiyama is fine, he's not old at all, he looked brilliant taking out Jomthong and Flores and he'll look just as brilliant knocking Walters out cold.

I want Uchiyama vs Vargas next. And the winner fight the cash cow the axeman.

It sounds to me like you want to buy Walters some time, if he's so skilled throw him in with the top lion.:hey

I don't see him getting past Vargas.

Not trying to buy him time, just being realistic. Walters is the draw and the cash cow, Vargas and Uchiyama are the B side, the B side should duke it out and fight the A side.

Uchiyama is a cut above Walters. Walters is real solid, but he's not beating Uchiyama at 130.

Why is he a draw, he was a huge FW that beat up on a few tiny BW's, now that he's fighting guys his own size he's no better than any other average SFW slugger with little power, he's skilled enough but its easy to look skilled when you're in there with rudimentary bangers like Sosa who I liked before the fight. Uchiyama and Pedraza dissect him.

How good is Pedraza? I've never seen him fight.

There's a reason uchiyama said he wanted to fight walters after he beat that Nicaraguan kid, he's clearly a big name.

You're underrating walters by an incredible amount. I get that you hate walters now because of how walters fan said loma ducked him, personally as a fan of both I thought both sides were silly, neither ducked. Don't take your hatred on walters fans out on him though, the guy is an A level talent.

Really really good, he struggled a little in his last fight against Edner Cherry but that's not surprising Cherry was a bad style clash and is a tough fight for most people.

As far as name goes, why wouldn't Uchiyama eant to beat the guy who beat Donaire and make a name for himself in America, that being said, he's far from some household name here.

And for the record I just don't like Walters, it has nothing to do with Loma, I didn't like him before. I'd like to see Russell beat him too.

I'd fear for Russell's life if he fought Walters.

 Please Russell would box circles around Walters and I thought that before he ever faced Lomachenko, his speed would be far too much for Walters.
