Take a guess at the froch undercard

Vassell-Gavin is very close to being made so can't see him fighting Purdy unless he gets a miles better offer.

 

I don't think Kessler -vs- Froch will be on the undercard ;-)

Barker Vs Lee would be class.

Groves Vs Darnell Boone.

I reckon it'll be something along the lines of

Yafai v Booth

Groves v Bika

Froch v Kessler

Burns (Hopefully) vs anyone

Bellew v Gutnecht (sp)

Barker v Lee

Stalker v anyone

 

Well I'm happy nonetheless then. Once Murray gives Martinez the least hassle out of Macklin and Barker I hope those two fight to prove once and for all who the best of these lads are.

They ain't going near the title yet. This could be big IMO. What is this I hear about Macklin saying he wouldn't fight Barker?

Anyway, I expect Barker to beat Lee. If he's aggressive like he has been the stiff Lee would struggle. He will uncork the occasional left hand bomb so it will be a good fight IMO. Expect Barker to win a decision if I'm being conservative, but am hopeful that Barker can force a stoppage at some point. Looked deadly in his last two fights, but against lesser opposition than Lee. Not that he's brilliant.

 

Always been a big Barker fan, he's a classy operator and a likeable guy, he had a tough year after the Sergio loss and looks like a different animal now!

Lets just hope it gets made.

 

Macklin says he is fighting on a Golovkin undercard in June and they will fight eachother later in 2013.

I think we see Barker vs Lee then Murray.

 

Is it just me or is Macklin not fighting enough?

 

thats the story of macklins entire career. he has has an injury and surgery.

 

that can be said for barker and murray is well, these guys hardly fight! soo annoying.

 

Reaching a bit too high there mate.

Burns is fighting May 11th.

Barker/Lee is apparently set for June.

Bellew is out March 30th, might be a stretch to get him out less than 2 months after.

Groves vs Magee

Ryder
Ochieng
Yafai

Maybe even Audley against a Sauerland fighter.

I think in the end people will not be happy with the card, the majority of fighters already have fights lined up or in the case of Frampton are injured.

McCloskey might get a run out.

Interesting this.For me,the first one yes,decent,possible down the card fight.Bellew/Ajisafe,not a good one unless Bellew has to and willing to take it.Hes got bigger fish to fry.Vassell/Purdy.Guessing the latter is Matchroom.Are they willing to risk him with Vassell so early?Doubt it.Groves/Magee.Not a bad fight for Groves as he's possibly out in September and Magee maybe past his best now.Not a good one for the fans IMO.Kessler/Froch good fight but should have been Stevenson first.Forgot to say Vassell/Purdy would be really good,if made.Just my thoughts,Jonsey.
