The dudes in the Twilight of his career, and most likely will be the underdog in every fight he fights against young elite fighters. A few losses is all it will take to wipe him off the map, to stepping stone status. He needs to beat Loma again st stay relevent.

And Vargas contributed to those numbers just as Salido did. Imagine what Vargas-Loma numbers would do.. just saying

Refute what? LOL, I never disagreed that Lomachenko has done better in recent fights, though Salido did arguably get the short-end of the stick on several fights. Your logic is just extremely stupid though, Loma wants the salido fight badly to get his revenge on salido. Why would Salido take around 25% of the purse when he knows Loma desperately wants to fight him, he draws more, and sells more tickets?

Martinez fought Loma on puerto rican day. The numbers Loma did against Martinez was HIGHLY due to that.

Salido has over 10 losses yet he's still a draw and sells tickets. People dont care if Salido wins or losses, his fanbase just likes to watch him fight. He does not need Loma to stay relevant. If he keeps having this FOTY candidates he'll be relevant, but Salido is getting older, so we don't know how many years he has left.

I really don't understand how people can think 500k is a lowball offer, how much has Salido been getting? How much would Lomachenko make here? 700-800k.

Salido will probably accept it anyway, he's probably hoping for a little bit more, that's it.

Youre logic is extremely stupid.. you think a guy who didn't make weight the first time ,fought dirty, and who is 3-2-2 in his last 7 fights deserves more than 500k because he fought in a fight of the year against Vargas which he should have lost???:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Because he draws more, sells more tickets, has headlined more, and won the first fight. Simple. The fact that you can't get this through your simple mind explains why you never went to college.

He's hoping for more because he knows Loma has evolved and next time he might get stopped.. he wants to be heavily compensated for his ass whooping next time.

Buh buh buh he sells more tickets, gets more views, and won the first fight doe! That's irrelevant dooooe, Loma has far more gain getting this revenge on the only loss of his career, and clearly wants this rematch, but he shouldn't negotiate dooooe .

Yeah, a guy with 70 fights headlines more than a guy with 7 fights, and somehow this is surprising!

2 divisional champ since first fight, meanwhile sacheato is 3-2-2!:rofl

if salido can make as much money fighting someone less dangerous, then it makes sense to hold out for more. if loma is concerned about that smudge on his record, he is going to have to concede something... most likely money.

Draws less, sells less tickets, and desperately wants to get his revenge on his only loss. But salido should take 25% of the purse though! He shouldn't attempt to get more since Loma clearly wants the fight more than him .

Yes, so why would he not negotiate for a purse closer to what Lomachenko is making . Why should he take 25%?
