    Take Monzon out of the picture for the 70's...Given the correct time frame...What happens when these fighters mix...? Benvenuti, Briscoe, Griffith, Napoles, Bouttier,Valdez...was there an outsider out there in your opinion?
    Who holds the championship most consistently?
