when determining why the fight hasn't happened Floyd's "I'm on vacation", "I've lost the urge to fight", "I'm taking 1-2 years off statements", should preceed any "Take the tests" statements , which it could be argued he threw out there just to take heat off himself. How does he know Manny won't take the tests when he's hasn't been thinking about boxing and obviously hasn't had any contact with them for a year?

Manny has said he'll take the tests, so there should be no problem. Problem is Floyd is not fighting or showing any intent in fighting, atleast not lately. Reports on b-scene state Floyd has now said if Manny takes the test the fight is a done deal. Kind of convenient for Floyd to say that now that the Marquez fight is all but signed, eh? Where was he in the last year?
