Takeaway from Replay of GGG VS Lemieux

    The primary feeling I take away, is that Lemieux has heart and a ton of guts;

    Lemieux should compete at welter or superwelter he seemed pudgy in the middle. GGG is not very fluid and he is not on his toes. He will get out-boxed when he doesn't have the size advantage.

    very weak middleweight division.

    HBO and media looking to hype and make money off GGG. Feels forced.

    Chocolatito, is much more impressive than GGG. Choco has such a beautiful boxing style I was so impressed.

    Welterweight? Lemieux hasn't made 154lb in over 7 years, and only seven times in 37 bouts. He would be drained to hell if he tried making that weight now, let alone 147.

    You realize that GGG was out weighed on fight night, often is, and is an average to slightly below average sized middleweight, right?

    Size advantage? Golovkin is almost always lighter than his opponents and he has no significant height or reach advantage. He's a proper middleweight, not a weight cutter by any means. That's what makes his dominance even more impressive.

    Takeaway from your critique of the replay

    You must not follow Lemieux because he is definitely a full-blown MW without a doubt. Dude weighed 168 pounds a week before the fight.

    You're too critical on GGG who imo boxed very well and impressed audience on his defensive abilities as well.

    HBO is definitely trying to build GGG as the next star. I agree w/ u there, but for good reason. The dude is exciting, has an amicable personality, and has an interesting backstory.

    Don't get on all that Ward ****. Would Ward beat him, probably.

    But Ward also calls himself the Son of God. For real, the dude calls himself the "Son of God."

    For real. I'm not making this **** up.

    Anyway, just appreciate both fighters. You can be a fan of both. Who do you think can beat GGG at middleweight?

    Lemiuex looked fat, especially around the middle he could make 154 and weigh 168 on fight night. With Marciano like dedication he could make 147 specifically considering we no longer have same day weigh ins.
