iv been training 5-6 days a week for the last 8-10 weeks with just one day off my diet now im taking 3 days of from the gym is it ok to eat what i want now or should i just minimize the junk and still stick to my diet.
A cheat every now and then won't kill you. You're supposed to be taking time off, ya know? Just don't overdo it, you'll be fine.
No mate, don't worry about it. If you train 52 weeks a year, 365 days a year, imagine one out of 5 meals in a day being a bowl of cocopos or a slab of cadbury's. That's 1450 meals in a year, if you eat clean and proper abut pig out completely on 3-4 of those it will probably benefit you. Enjoy your break mate.
