Better round for Inoue but Tsutsumi still landing the more important, more impactful punches.

 

Tsutsumi doing absolutely great, but for a win a definite stoppage or atleast a drop would make it solid plus he needs to not fade away during the championship rounds.

Unless he continues to overwhelm for the rest of the match, a very close 7-5 isn't really gonna cut it in this circumstances.
