It's very hard to say. DLH won more belts but Tito had a better resume. Although I love Tito, I'd have to say that overall DLH had a better career. DLH kept boxing in the mainstream after Tyson ceased to be a factor.

Oscar De La Hoya has a better resume... has accomplished more... is a much larger draw... has made much more money.... has been in many more mega fights... has an Olympic Gold Medal... now has a multi-million dollar promotional company... is still in the mix for another record breaking mega fight.... let alone when they met head to head over 90% of boxing fans agreed that Oscar was completely robbed of a rather easy victory over Trinidad.... Tito is a 3 division World Champ, Oscar is a 6 division World Champ.... Oscar has been competitive in every single fight that he has been in, even if he lost. Tito has been embarrassingly outclassed on more than one occassion.

As I said, clearly it's Oscar De La Hoya.

Tito is one of those fighters who is also defined by his losses because he looked so helpless in them.

Simple. Let's see DLH best wins:

Chavez-was 33 yrs and had 98 fights (DLH was 23)
Camacho was 35 and had 67 fights
Quartey - great fight (very narrow SD)
Vargas - leftovers from Tito. Never was the same after that fight
Sturm- DLH LOST that fight, period.
    Mayorga - Again, Tito's leftovers.

See, "CLEARLY" Tito's resume is better.

You are clearly delusional and a hardcorp nuthugger. Felix Trinidad had big fights against

    Campus
    Carr
who were both undefeated at the time and had big time aspirations to be WW champion until they met Tito and recieved brutal beatings and they never were the same. He had mega fights against

    De La Hoya
    Reid
    Vargas
all of who were undefeated, he brutally beat Vargas and Reid until the point that they were never the same, and the only reason he did not hand out the same beating to Oscar is because Oscar refused to fight the last three rounds of the fight, Tito is a marothon runner who alway's dominates the late rounds ask Reid and Vargas. Despite being undersized he still destroyed Joppy and if you look at his career there after he never was the same. Stop trying to discredit Tito just because you are an Oscar ass licker, it's okay to have an opinon but not too be bias. Having a promotional company has nothing to do with what you did in the ring, having the fans like your image (Such as yourself) has nothing to do with what you did in the ring, has much more money? What the **** does that have to do with anything, you are horrific. Oscar has been competitive? He never won any of his mega matches clearly

Whitaker- The majority of the boxing public thought Whitaker won
Quartey- The majority of the boxing public thought Quartey won
Trinidad- We know what happened there
    Mosley- Mosley whopped his ass
    Hopkins- Liver
Mayweather- Lost to someone 15 pounds lighter than him on fightnight

His claim to fame is beating a washed up Vargas and Mayorga who had been both brutally beaten by Tito in their primes. In every fight? Yea right and every fighter was in there with him also:-( . Trinidad was outclassed in a weight division he had no business being in, he simply went to 160 to overachieve not because he was a true MW, please logoff

The Fishnet also has wins over guys like Ruelas, Hernandez, Whitaker, Rivera, Gonzalez, Molina, and Leija.

The Fishnet may have been more opportunistic at times (Tito leftovers, guys moving up in weight), but his resume is better than Trinidad's nonetheless.

That's true, Oscar did not look helpless when he was pounding the ring after a liver shot he took from Hopkins, he looked in control:patsch
