Glazkov is Fury's IBF Mandatory Glazkov was one of the names mentioned next for Wilder. This could be very tactical - frustrate Wilder's plans, get his mandatory sorted and put pressure on Wlad's rematch clause
I suspect Hennessy will cut a deal- an issue I can see coming is Vlad from Russia putting in crazy bids if allowed. I think Glazkov is a good voluntary for Fury. Maybe too much of a live body for Wilder.
I can see the IBF sticking to their guns and Fury dropping the belt. Glazkov vs Martin would be ordered with the winner of that fight facing Teper/Helenius. One thing is for sure- the belts are going to be passed around a lot more often from now on. I can see Joshua switching his focus to the IBF given the absolute lack of talent in their rankings.
Glazkov will make more if he waits anyways, sure he knows that..... Being payed 6 figures+ to simply step aside is hard to resist.
Think he will be forced to vacate and Matchroom will (or already have....) get Glazkov v Joshua for the title
I reckon they'll force Fury to vacate, Glazkov will then fight Wilder for the 'vacant' title. Wilder pop wins and starts spouting off about how he and Fury are on an equal footing as 'unified champions'. He might well be the worst unified heavyweight champ ever if that happens. I can't think of any who'd have had a worse run to unifying two major body belts.
