30 years from now, people on chat forums will be debating the greatness of the legendary Bill1234. It will also be noted that he was a protege of the all time great Larry Holmes. For those of us who are still living, we will have the claim to have chatted with him on ESB, and discussed with him in anticipation, his first amateur bout.

A new era has begun, and a legend is in the making.

    Hale the great Bill1234 :happy

P.S. As great as you may become, no one will ever surpass the legacy of the almighty Chuck Wepner.

Give him some time to answer. I believe he's telling the truth. His stories about working out at Holmes' gym have stayed pretty consistant over the past year, and don't sound far fetched. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

To be honest Bill doesn't talk about himself much, apart from stories with Larry. He mentions his boxing, but doesn't boast or overdo it.

No pics. I have a pic of him, my dad, and me in the middle though. He took it with his camera, developed it, and signed it all, I got it the next day. So I couldn't share it if I wanted too. I have 2 of his auto graphs, a buisness card of his, a little baseballl card like thing of his, and most importantly of all, his respect.

I can see why you are devoted to the guy Bill, he must like you a lot and sure looks after you and treats you as a friend. Cheers on that one.

If I could I would. I don't have the negative or disk. The picture was taken from Larry's camera, and he had it developed.

Figure out my age. I'm 110. I am an amateur, my routine is:

Start out by getting wraps and shoes on etc. Then I stretch and loosen up.

After that I warm up on the stepper for 12 min @ lvl 4, and shaddow box for 3-5 rounds (once did it for 10...I was waiting for the bag).
then I go and get the gloves on and hit the heavybag for 3-5 rounds and during the final 30 seconds of each round I punch as fast and hard as I can non stop.

After that a lady comes in to help me with foot work (my trainer failed at least 3 times, Larry failed, all of the other trainers failed, my dad failed, everyone but her seems to have failed).

After doing that for about an hour, I hit the mits or spar, then I hit the double end bag for 2-3 rounds.

After that I do 80 sit ups on a 45 degree angle with a 5lb weight on my chest, and right after that my trainer throws the medicine ball to me and I do sit ups with that. Some times I will do push ups too, usually not.
