Talked to Mayweather's Cousin, Mayweather-Garcia Sept 13!

Yeah I hear you, As a matter of fact I ran into one of his cousins as I coming out of my suite at the Bellagio. I gave her a shout out and popped the question about who Mayweather was fighting in Sept. She told me in no uncertain terms that Mayweather doesn't share that kind of information with her and if he did she wouldn't put his business in the streets like that. I apologized and went on to the tables and proceded to lose a 100k. It was a bad day but what can I say, easy come, easy go. Come to find out that she wasn't Mayweather's cousin at all, just a high class hooker on a mission. Pimping ain't easy.

It's a good fight on paper. .....but we all know what the reality is......Floyd is on another level. With that said........We all remember Miadana. Floyd won but no one thought El Chino would win a single round against Mayweather but a lot of people felt Floyd lost. I wasn't one of them. I felt Mayweather squeaked out a decision by a round. Danny isn't as gritty and as physical as Marcos but he does have a great left hook with very solid power.

Stylistically this fight favors Floyd and Physically Floyd is bigger at welterweight or even 140.....mismatch in my opinion but I bought the Miadana fight which was a "mismatch" and that was one of the best fights I've seen in a while. I'll buy this one too if it turns out to be true.

 

Herrera beat Garcia, he is the real champion. Garcia does not impress me at all.....................why doesn't Void fight the one fight fans want to see and that's Pac Vs. Void, but Void is afraid, has been running for years............

 

His last fight was interesting because Maidana made it interesting. Styles make fights and it was an interesting matchup. Dont be surprised if Floyd-Garcia ends up looking a lot like Rigo-Agbecko

If Floyd wanted to fight another boxer type, he should be fighting Herrera - I would pay to see that fight. If he wanted to fight Bradley (yeah I know, wont happen) I would pay for that fight.

Garcia? Why not winner of Porter-Brook? Especially if it was Porter.

I have said this for a long time and I still stick by it - Floyd is not invincible. But to beat him, or even make it interesting you cant play chess with him - you have to flip the table. Garcia is a decent fighter, but he just does not have that table-flipping attribute in his style or character.

Styles make fights. PAC has shown an obvious vulnerability to counter punchers (KO6 zzzzz.) Still not my favorite fight, but at least the styles would make it interesting.

In point of fact the relative performance of JMM between the two is probably pretty informative to Garcia matchups.
