What's even worse is the anti-Hatton brigade jumping in on a thread where this **** is just not wanted or needed. It's pathetic.
Yes its a total disgrace atsch Some of us who do not think much of Hatton do actually commend him for his charity work and have done so in other threads. :good
These few guys trolling is just ruining thread after thread. This thread could have been an informative, interesting one, now its just starting to look like many of the others in here and not worth reading.
What does the amount of money a person has have to do with his desire to complete charity work? The guy is pleasant to people at these events because he would not get booked and the charities (and probably himself) would lose out financially. He was at the Juarez/Barrera II weigh-in. He had very little time for all the fans there. Margarito on the other hand hung around for ages talking to everyone.
I'm sure he has his moments like everyone, and I'm not really convinced he's always the cheeky chappy; but you can't really deny that he's not one of the more accessible high profile sportsmen.
If Hatton wasn't a nice guy, then I'm sure with all his years in the spotlight and amount he's in public, the mask would have slipped and we'd all have found out. As it is, it just seems he actually is a very nice person.....how awful.
My cousin saw him out drinking in Manchester the weekend before last (good to see he's in preperation for the Malignaggi fight!!!) but he signed dozens of autographs and my cousin even got him on the phone for me. Not sure what he said as I couldnt hear him over the music in the background but there was a definate high pitched Manc voice on the other end of the phone. Seems accessible to me...
TBH he will eat Malignaggi for breakfast even if he half trains. Maligfaggot is the worst belt holder out there.
