    Mayweather beating Khan would embarrass Roach. It'd be the 2nd time Mayweather has beaten one of his guys. THis might force Roach's hand to make Pacquiao take the fight.

    2012 is going to be a good year for boxing whether Floyd and Pac fight or not. Both these fighters could wind up being in the top fight ATG list if they go on to beat Khan and Bradley, and if they fight each other after that I will have no problem with declaring whoever wins that as the greatest of all time.

    It's becoming harder and harder to argue with Pacquiao and Floyd that anyone in the last 20 or 30 years was greater and if they keep winning they could make cement their legacy. It's just better if we know who the best is between the two.

    Its a legacy fight. Floyd might beat Khan but it's not going to be an easy fight. Khan is an elite fighter himself, and it's going to be a boxing chessmatch which I expect Khan to lose but I think Khan is going to get a title at 147 whether he loses to Floyd or not which only will improve Floyd's legacy.

    The same with Pacquiao and Bradley. If Pacquiao wins, I still expect Bradley to win a title at 147 and possibly 154.

    No surprise...I expected to see Pacquiao-Bradley and Mayweather-Khan.

    Sometimes it sucks to be a boxing fan. Instead of getting the best matchup, we get a bunch of "consolation prizes".

    Look at this statement from Khan;

    A couple of interesting things here. First off, he claims talks are underway and Mayweather has agreed to fight him. I guess his ideas of talks and agreements are different than others. You can't have an agreement if talks are still underway. Furthermore, how could they have an agreement if he claims he needs to fight 3 more times and then maybe he'll fight Mayweather? Second, it's interesting that he gets on Mayweather for disrespecting other fighters, when Khan does it all the time.

    It depends on how these fights go. We could see great fights between these consolation fighters. And then Mayweather and Pacquiao can either fight each other or retire. There aren't many more fighters I want to see either of them fight considering they've managed to beat everyone in every division.

    I'd like to see them fight Khan and Bradley, and if they win and still don't want to fight each other there is Martinez if they want to see which amongst them is greater.
