    So do we give Kaneko full credit for stopping Jomthong? :think

    On the one hand, the kid is drained, that's clear.

    On the other, a combined 237 professional bouts across both sports, never stopped; that's nothing to sneeze at. (was he ever so much as down - off a punch - in MT?)

    Quite possibly, he was thrown a fair few times. Visibly hurt a few times in Muay Thai, but trust me, he is nails.

    Kaneko would deserve credit. Jomthong may look drawn but the Thais are used to cutting LOTS of weight on fight day, if Jomthong hasn't made it comfortably with a day to spare that's his problem.

    This is a hard call I think Jomthong may edge it but he hasn't had a hell of a lot of matches yet. Kaneko dropped Uchiyama pretty hard and who knows how good Jomthong's chin is, it could go either way, but I'm going with Chuwatanna.


    I wonder if Phawachart wears a Jomthong on his Bangsak so he doesn't Bangkok with anyone while in Phuket.:D

    Word is, NTV G+ (the Japanese pay-wall service that aired it live) has replays scheduled - one this Sunday, and then a few in the first week or two of February (the last one that I can see being 2/12). Until they have reaped every cent they can from that, NTV are going to be actively disallowing any uploads and forcing deletions of it off the internet. :roll:

    So we're looking at circa Valentine's Day if we're lucky.
