Perhaps I am in the minority, but I don't find this fight as off-putting as many on here apparently do.

Diaz, whatever his limitations, brings grit, determination, and a good bit of self-confidence. He won't be intimidated by the moment, and he won't show up just for a paycheck.

As for the outcome, I like Davis to win by late TKO.

Tank wins via highlight reel KO/TKO stoppage between 6-10. It looks just like the Santa Cruz fight - but more competitive. Not a bad fight, but Diaz's style is tailor-made for Tank. Not necessarily cherry-picking, but definitely selective picking of an opponent (there is a slight difference btw). Just another carefully match-made by TMT, using another flat-footed, come forward Latin American fighter to boost Tank's profile.

A Diaz fight would be a joke. This doesn’t go pass 6 rnds. Diaz doesn’t have power and his in your face , I’ll eat a punch to return a punch style will mean an early and easy KO for Tank.

Taylor has to fight Catterall next or lose his belt. It takes time to make a fight with Top Rank who are difficult to deal with with a cantankerous old man like Bob Arum.

I'd give Tank credit if he fights JoJo at 135 and beats him. Well, i'm actually picking Tank here because i think he's stylistic nightmare for JoJo but he's a decent opponent. We're heading into the right direction with Tank. He needs to fight the elite guys and JoJo is clearly an elite fighter at 130, not so sure about 135 though but still better than fighting a 126er Santa Cruz at 130.

Wait I thought he was the barrister? He told me he was a lawyer at least, in fact he's told me he has more than just one career hahaha.

I can only remember Katsidis that unified interim titles but I can’t remember anybody ever unified a WBA Regular with WBC interim title.. Gonna protect this guy until he’s 32..

Why ? Why are they move him like that ?

It's really sad. He is solid fighter, but never be the best at any weight if he don't fight top 3

I have no issue with this, JoJo is actually someone his size. Tank should be fighting 130 lb guys (I know he's fat and slothed his way out the division), he shouldn't be at 135 (IMO) let alone 140.
