Yep I have said a bunch of times on here over the years that I would favor him to beat Haney, Shakur, Teo and Garcia who he already did beat but I don't get why he hasn't fought any of the others he would go in as the favorite and would be the A side so I just don't get it.

I don't see how it's possible to rate someone H2H far beyond what they've proved.

Time and time again we see fighters look good up to a certain level, then not quite turn out to be as good as we thought... Which is to be expected, on the bellcurve of human achievement, the closer you get to the top the less guys can make it.

Resume = Proof = Real

Limited resume = limited proof = must do more (to be rated highly).


Tanks one of many that gets hyped beyond his achievements - he looks talented, for sure, but him being anywhere near P4P lists with that resume is an absolute joke.

 

I don't get it either... IF he truly believes he's as good as he claims.


But actually, I do get it.

He's making good money without taking big risks... And if he fights one of those guys and loses, he'll be earning a chunk less cash.
