    In fairness they have made him into a star he's one of the bigger draws in the sport.

    Agreed and it is not easy to go from being a PPV star getting big pay days to having to share the pot with others.

    Because he’s their only fighter of note.

    the big thing Hearn said he would do is make him the owner of the show. Same reason Canelo and AJ work with him. He gets all the PPV revenue and promoter takes a much lower cut.


    I personally think Hearn is playing it to drive the price up. I don’t think he actually believe he will get him. But if he forces them to seriously up the money they pay tank for relatively low Ppv numbers it will squash the margins
