The only org that ranks Garcia at all at lightweight is the WBA.

But Garcia kind of has to fight Tank Davis to get a crack at Devin Haney ahead of Davis (as Gervonta is ahead of him in the WBA). Frank Martin just beat the #2 WBA contender, so he might pass Garcia, too.

Sounds like Haney-Lomachenko is set for May.

If it's on to 140, nobody rates him there, either, except the WBC at #7.
