Trust you will give Tank full credit when he beats the likes of cry baby Ryan Garcia and I don’t want to mention Loma for now because the Lomasexuals are in grief.
Well, yeah. I give credit where credit is due. But what Tank might do in the future doesn´t erase the fact that since Pedraza, he has not fought the top of either 130 or 135.
I like Davis but I guarantee you he goes nowhere near berchelt Lopez loma or Haney.but time will tell.
You honestly think Walsh, Fonseca, Cuellar, Ruiz, Leo and Gamboa were top tier opponents at 130 or 135? Cuellar and Ruiz had never even fought at 130. Fonseca was a nobody and is still a nobody with 0 notable wins. Walsh is a Briish level guy. Gamboa was 38. And LSC had 1 fight at 130, against a guy who wasn´t in the top 10, or even top 20. (However, it´s still a fine win, even tho LSC spent years fighting nobodies) I have no problems with agreeing to disagree, but frankly, my man, you are just dead wrong here.
I question the genuine love for the sport of anyone who picks apart what should be considered a moderate success concerning boxing viewership. I'm very critical of all of these PPV matchups because there are precious few that should be on PPV (this certainly should not have been). However any fight that exceeds expectations concerning viewership, I'll applaud, and that's whether I'm a fan of the fighter or not. (yes I am a fan of Tank).
Have you seen the price? And have we forgotten about the economic effect Covid has had? Not to mention that in terms of revenue, the PPV was a massive success.
Having been an active participant in this great sport of ours I really dislike calling fighters nobodies. All the guys referred to are world class and contenders. I am not saying they are pound for pound the best but they are very good not nobodies and LSC in particular is a great fighter and man.
what a load of crap. You dislike calling fighters "nobody", but you have no problems insulting other boxers in your own fashion. And the whole "I boxed before" schtick is played out.
More proof that people are stupid. How long will Tank be able to maintain popularity when he’s only interested in easy fights, sure wins, against smaller guys. Are people really this stupid?
Say what you will but during a pandemic that’s solid. Also it’s 100K more than GGG did on his first PPV
