not like hard drug use didn't lead to the conditions that caused his heart disease but still good to know he was making the effort to live. Sad **** man, my first fave fighter and the dude that got me into boxing. Still get that shitty feeling whenever he's brought up or I thik about it.

his life was ****ed, people turn to drugs for escape for way lesser **** than Johnny experienced. He was a warrior.

 

i use to be a po po. ive seen what drugs could do to people. it is 1 of the saddest things and horrific things i have seen in my life. there was this 1 chick who use to be so beautiful, blond and blue eyed, she had such a future ahead of her. she got into a car accident that totally screwed up her back. she had so many operations to try to fix it. the doc gave her prescription drugs to try to lessen her pain. she became addicted to it. now she is a drug addict taking many pills that dont even have to do with her back pain. that was like 7 years ago. she was in really bad shape then. she told me she had thoughts of suicide and even tried many times because the back pain was too unbareable. shes probably dead now.
