Tarver /Dawson in the works

Tarver was never as fast as Dawson and Dawson's punches are much sharper and throw better then Tarver's.

Tall southpaws is the only similarity.

Adrian Diaconu? Who did he beat to become Dawson mandatory??

 

Rico Hoye (21-1). Diaconu is now 24-0 (just like Dawson) and I believe the mandatory is due before November 1st.

 

Diaconu won a title elimonator against Rico Hoye. He was suppose to fight Dawson instead but Dwason got a direct title shot against Adamek.

I noticed that Interbox reserved the Bell Center in Montreal on September 29th.

Tarver focused and at his best gives Dawson all sorts of problems. People seem to speak with emotion rather than logic. Dawson was on his ass by a guy nowhere near Tarver in terms of talent... ease up saying that Dawson stomps and runs over Tarver because one punch could put Dawson in the unconscious zone...

 

I wouldnt write Tarver completely off but Id be putting my money on Dawson thats for sure.
Really like how that kid is coming along.

Be interesting to see where the mandatory comes into it, Diaconu deserves his shot but maybe they can push it back till later in the year.

 

Tarver-Dawson, good match-up but I may be tuned into Taylor-Pavlik instead that night
