Dawson's creek should knock him out this time.

It's been some time since I saw a fighter in such a high-profile fight look as shot as Tarver did against Dawson. It was sad and pathetic.

That said, it should be an easy payday for both men. Tarver won't take too much punishment, and Dawson should cruise to a win. In that sense, it's a no-brainer of a fight.

For Tarver is necessary money....And quitely likely the last time he will be in there with the divisions elite.

He has everything to gain and at this point nothing to lose.

If Chad declines the fight then Antonio will be demoted to the divisions gate keeper with belts.

The one thing everyone seems to be neglecting to mention is that Tarver can change his gameplan this time around. He stalked Dawson in their fight. If he makes Chad come to him this time around - he might have a better chance to time him with something.

Tarver's cashing out. He either gets to fight a rematch, one that for all reasonable accounts he won't win but won't get hurt either, and makes a good payday or Dawson vacates and he gets a chance to get the belt back and set himself up for another last payday. But who knows, maybe he looked at the tape and sees something he can exploit?
