“When I look back at the fight, I feel I beat myself, it was nothing that Chad did. We corrected our wrongs and you’ll see the difference Saturday night. When I’m determined I’m a hard guy to beat, history proves that. I’m focused, I’m determined and I know what’s at stake. I get up for fights like this. Basically I’m gonna let my hands go this time. I’m not gonna be in a defensive posture. I’m gonna let my offense be my defense and I’m gonna fight — that’s the bottom line.”

Tarver is a moron but he is dangerous. He still has that punch and thats the last to go. But if Dawson trains hard and keeps up at least a steady pace he will beat him up again. I just hope Chad did not cut corners.

He does need to get Dawson out of there early, but Tarver could not sustain action in his prime. What chance has he got now at his age ? He fought in spurts against Roy Jones the 1st time, When if he had kept his workrate up he WOULD of won. Second fight with Glen Johnson he faded after 5/6 rounds.

Dawson has been put down by light punchers and Glen Johnson had him on ***** street, im fully expecting Tarver to send Dawson back to Friday Night Fights.

Kind of like he did the first time. :rofl By the way, Tarver landed a good clean shot on Dawson in that fight and Tarver "thought" he had him hurt and tried to open up...but he just got beat up more.

I still give him no chance in hell, Dawson is just far too good he would beat Tarver worse this time and Tarver doesn't have the stamina for a fighter like this.

At his age, I would be surprised if he beats Dawson. He looked real old against Dawson. He hasn't been too spectacular in his last couple of fights.

It was an embarrassing fight and I don't see how he can do anything differently. The image of him with his arms up while Chad beat the crap out of him during the later rounds was just sad.
