Tarver: Old? Or Just Shuts Down When He's Getting His Ass Handed To Him?

Combination of both, Tarver just can't handle someone as fast and active as Dawson at this point. He showed guts by taking this fight of course as he always took on the best and will continue to do so if he doesn't retire.
