When was the last time you were 64kg? And what's your bodyfat % when you're 85kg+? Cut back on the crispy cremes and you'll be sub 70 in no time.

A fighter who is lightwelter weight will eventually bloat up around the 85KG mark when he stops training and gets on with age. This will occur to most lightwelters. Can you handle that? try not cry about it to hard now sunshine. :good

Dam so thats a no to the mobile phone recording of sparring sessions, you never know, if the right or in this case, wrong person is in attendance it may have been recorded anyhow lol

 

was there any sparring or was it just fitness and skills stuff woftam? cheers for giving us some info on tarver mate much appreciated, good to hear hes preparing well
