Yes, however he may be very drained. The Mormeck fight is also a good one after Vargas get rid of Tarver its an obvious choice for the end of the year.
I think he isn't ready yet. The more natural fight would be Vargas-Toney. You have to remeber Vargas isn't a natural HW like Klitchko, he must adjust his style a little bit.
