Your post is pure ignorance...Dawson has never been stopped only knocked down...I believe balance and footwork also factor into knockdowns... Chin is not the only factor.

You dipshits throw the phrase "Glass chin" around so much it leaves me to believe you don't understand it's meaning...

I kinda agree with this. Although I believe Johnson "hurt" CD as few times in thier fight. So, I kinda question his chin as well considering he has been kd a couple times. Not saying its "glass" but its not the best homay.

How is it unlikely? GJ hurt Dawson a couple times when they fought. Tarver IMO is a better finisher. and can hurt Chad.

thats cool I respect that. I feel Chad winning a WIDE ud is VERY VERY VERY unlikley..he didnt even win a WIDE ud against Johnson

Be that as it may, if Tarver connects with the left on Dawson, it is nighty night for Mr. Dawson.

Tarver is more skilled and a south paw...he looked like crap against Hopkins,, i mean crap. other then that he is a pretty good fighter..CD will get stopped imo.

Dawson has too much of everything for me to even think he'll lose to Tarver.

I think the body shots will do it. Dawson throws some real good body blows and Tarver doesn't like them one bit.

No i expect Dawson to stay on the outside. What I meant was that if Tarver comes in as good as he was against Woods, he can still beat Dawson, even though the styles are in Dawson's advantage.

The Tarver that fought Muriqi loses 9 rounds to 3 though

The Tarver that fought Muriqi is almost the same who fought Woods,Woods's style made him look good if you can say he looked good in that fight.Tarver has no chance,he is getting free money.Chad beats him on the inside, outside, everywhere.

nah man the Tarver that fought Hopkins, Muriqi, and Santiago was very different from the one who fought Woods. You tell right away when you compare the fights. Against Santiago who is basically a sitting target, Tarver is throwing slow punches, and missing most of them. Against Woods, crisp and accurate punches. Just watch the tapes one after the other you will see the difference.

I agree with you that Tarver is pretty much a shot fighter at this point, but he looked a little bit rejuvenated against Woods and its not like he's stepping in against Joe Calzaghe or some other elite fighter, its Chad Dawson. Now not to hate on Chad but the guy isn't exactly superman.
