Green needs to focus on this one, he can't afford to fail. Personally I think Tarver is over-rated, his claim to fame was when he defeated RJJ on his second attempt, RJJ who was well on the decline. I think Tarver is also on the decline, so I'm predicting the Green Machine to do the job, by 12UD.

great news, hope tarver gets old overnight. and he will bang him harder than b hop. man i loved b hop after that, it cemented his legacy.anyway go green i reckon he could eek this one out like someone mentioned before hes not gonna trade for all rounds and green will.

If tarver fights anyting like he has been of late I see Greeny jabbing his head off before he knocks him out with total pressure and non stop combos.
    Go Greeny.

being a briggs fan huricn that doesn't surprise me but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

however your naivity or lack of knowledge of the sport shows through by saying tarver will out work him. obviously you have never watched green or tarvers last few fights. green may not be the most skilled "boxer" but i have never seen him outworked in a fight yet and i have only missed seeing one of them.

Tarver could outwork Green, but i just have a feeling Tarver will feel Green's power at some stage & will not like it at all.:yep

Tarver doesnt have the defence that is requeired which is a vital ingredient in defeating green. Only fighters with a solid defense and counterpunching skill have given green any grievance.

    Green by TKO

Based on his past few fights, I don't see Tarver outworking anyone. He looked awful against the scrub he fought last, and he hardly squeezed a drop against Hopkins.

I'm going to be very disappointed if Green doesn't win this, and preferably by stoppage.

It would be great to see Green win this one, and then get a shot at Clinton Woods maybe. Still a very competitive fight for him at this point.
