Tarver vs Johnson

    I thought these were 2 great fights i thought Tarver should of got the first and the second was Tarver just or maybe a draw.

    I had Tarver winning the first fight 115-113 and the rematch wasn't as close, a clear victory for Tarver.

    Agreed.

    Johnson was just coming off of his vicious KO of RJ and i think the judges were kind of swayed by Johnson's somewhat ineffective aggression and activity. Tarver was still landing the cleaner, harder shots and exhibiting better ring generalship.

    And he clearly beat Johnson in the 2nd fight.

    I thought Johnson won the first fight. Guess I'll have to go back and rewatch it.

    I think I had the first fight a Draw and Tarver winning the 2nd one.

    A bit of poetic justice for Glenn in the first one...For once he was the one who got a gift.

    Both fights were competitive by I saw them for Tarver aswell.
