i got a tattoo around my left bicep.
its seems to be healing fast, does not hurt much.
when do you think i could return to training, including weighlifting.

go by a product called aquaphor and rub some on the tattoo a few times a day and keep it exposed to air, but not direct sunlight. wait til the scabbing stops + 5-7 days and it should be ok to get punched there or anything boxing related. as far as lifting goes, unless you get stretch marks or huge gains in mass in a short time the tattoo shouldnt be too affected after the scabbing stops.

And for people who want to look tough, hence the alternate name for them 'tough stickers'.
