Yeah I thought Pavlik's whole crew accept he and his cut-man are a bunch of jerks. He should dump Loew and that entourage.
:good If Pav's next fight really turns out to be at the Chevy Center in Youngstown, that's about 3 -4 hours and I will damn sure go. Might have to get one of the Youngtown homies (Hermit, J-Simps, or somebody to secure me a couple of tix. Bet that **** will sell out fast, seeing how many of the locals will travel you know they'll be full blast for home town.) Yo' Hermit, might have to help me out.:deal
Let me know what you want. Expect them to sell fast. I'm about to go out and take a walk while the sun is still out. I'm tired of trying to explain to idiots that the Rubio fight isn't even signed yet ( the reason the tickets haven't gone up for sale) and they are claiming Pavlik is ducking AA. As far as I know, there is no chance they will sign another contract until after the Rubio fight is over anyhow. Geezzz guys......
This was a very close fight. It comes down to what you prefer. Pavlik's activity versus Taylor's flashy combinations which looked more impressive and seemed like the harder shots. I think most fans had it 5-5 going into the final 2 rounds with Pavlik winning the final 2. That's how i had it. 115-113 Pavlik.
Ok 115-113 going either way I could but 4 or 5 points on a couple of the cards for Pavlik was ridiculous. I thought it 115-113 for Jermaine.
I'm a big Taylor fan and I had him losing cuz he gassed the last 2 rounds. But Pavlik didnt switch anything up. I dont know where u got that from.
Taylor said he thought he had won the fight, but wasn't going to steal Pavlik's glory by complaining about the decision the way Hopkins had pissed on Taylor's victories. I had Taylor ahead by 3 going into the last two rounds, which he obviously lost. So 7-5 for Taylor. Some of the early-mid rounds were close though and could've gone either way, so I can see it being scored a 7-5 win for Pavlik as well. Not my preference, but to each his own. However, Dave Moretti, who scored it 9-3 for Pavlik, must be a ****ing idiot.
in that fight as he was clearly Jermain's gotten better? based on what? That lame ass performance against Jeff Lacy? Jermain didn't look good at all in that fight as he was clearly not in tip top form. If Taylor had fought Pavlik in that kind of condition he'd be the one getting KOed.
Lovin' bein' back. Instant re-addiction! LOL. Real glad to see a bunch of my faves still kickin' in here and layin' it down about our fave's and stuff. But also don't see quite a few names I'd also looked forward to bull shittin' with as well. (Maybe they just have new names, I'll figure it out as time goes if that's the case)
I feel the same way ...i bet on KP in the first fight but i was a huge JT fan...and the second fight JT fought ewell but not well enough to win
