That's exactly the way I see it. I really think some decisions become more controversial because of the losing fighter complaining and saying they got robbed.
Very well said.. and personally I don't expect Taylor to come into a fight in that bad of condition anytime soon especially not against a guy like Kessler. To be fair, Taylor was coming off a prety long layoff and I think he knew Lacy wasn't much to begin with.
Pavlik beat Taylor fair n square one two seperate occasions ! ... Taylor then runs scared of Froch to take on a washed up Lacy .... Taylor has talent in abundance but hasnt the heart for the game .... Lets see if he has the cahunnahs to get in the ring with Carl Froch the WBC World SMW champion of the World .... i doubt it !
You have no idea what you are talking about. BHop X 2, Winky, Pavlik X 2, and you claim JT is going to duck Carl "I can't Fight For ****" Froch. What a ****ing joke:rofl
I had Pavlik up by two at the end of the fight, Taylor was a helluva lot better this time round but he faded towards the end of the fight and that made the difference.
I think that Taylor beat Pavlik the second time around 100%. Taylor showed so much class after that fight not making an issue out of the decision - I had Taylor winning 115-113 ... Taylor took enough of the early rounds that Pavlik needed atleast a knockdown to win the fight.
The thing that made that fight hard to score was the number of competetive rounds. There was virtually no consensus between the judges about who won which rounds. I know one thing for sure. I was a big critic of JT, but his two fights with Pavlik made me a fan. I was more impressed by Taylor's improvements than I was by Pavlik's 2nd win. One thing you can never take away from Taylor is that he will always be the first man who took Pavlik 12 rounds.
Personally, I don't try and score fights. Too many close rounds in some of them. Many times I do "have a feel" for who I think is winning. This is a fight I enjoy watching over every now and then.
