I hate the use of exclamation marks in the article. I hope he gets better soon. If he somewhat feels hes totally recovered id feel sick if he fights again...and whoever fight him is trash

A case of lost in translation perhaps? Maybe they gave him the all clear when checking for a possible hemorrhage. Some things don't translate too well, Google Translate gives you an approximation.

I'm not advocating that anyone should think the same way as me, and you are correct in what you say about the fighters. It's a personal thing: I watched Nigel Benn beat Gerald McLellan years ago and cheered as McLellan sank to his knee at the end of the fight. Subsequently it turned out that McLellan had a serious brain injury. He ended up in a wheel chair. I stopped watching fights for years after that. Now I've just got back into it - I watched that fight last night and winced when Taylor got KO'd. It's not about the sport of boxing, it's about my position as a viewer.

I totally understand that perspective. I've never watched Benn-McLellan and never will. The KO of Taylor was chilling. But part of boxings appeal for me is the risks at stake. As long as the rewards are equal to those risks then I'll continue to watch it.
