Taylor Froch close to being signed according to the BBC

this is a step up from pascal and froch will have to be at his absolute best and taylor at his worst if he is to beat taylor.

they are not serious on a 70/30 split... turn your bull**** translators on boys, that's just to start the negotiations. It translates to 'if you want us to come to the US you are going to have to offer us a lot of money.'

And all you people who think froch will win easy or taylor will, you're all wrong, it'll be a close, hard fought battle that will go the distance. Both Taylor and Froch have poor defence that the other will exploit. Froch with his power, Taylor with his speed. At the moment I lean towards Taylor eeking out a decision in a close fought battle.

 

Well we all know Taylor won't travel, Americans very rarely travel anyway.

If Froch doesn't KO or seriously hurt Taylor, he should retire, because he has all the ability to jack Taylor up real good, if Taylor actually won, I would classify it as a massive upset.

Froch would get battered by Calzaghe however, not Ko'ed or even suffer a KD, just battered.

 

Yet in a previous post you stated that Taylor would be the "right fight for his next test".....make your mind up!

It's also getting out of hand with all the "Pavlik can hurt Taylor, Froch will definitely finish him" predictions.

Pavlik wore down an already exhaust Taylor with his piston-like jab that set up his straight right hand.

Froch comes forward and has power; those are the only similarities he shares with Pavlik (other than translucence). He doesn't have the workrate or the fundamental skills that Pavlik uses so effectively in the ring. The only time Froch's shown a jab was at the end of the Pascal fight, and he shoots it slow and from the hip.

And Froch's defense is abysmal - worse than Lacy's, on whom Taylor landed 57% of his power punches.

 

Hope this fight gets made. Should be a *******! Taylor by clear ud.
