Not signed but likely. Nice article with an interview of DiBella. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=18661&more=1 Froch HAS been stalling it looks like.
Froch hasnt been stalling at all. It's the TV money part that has changed. What lou fails to mention is that it isnt just JT that has had to switch stations. The December offer relied heavily on British TV money. Money he couldnt get on ITV. They've now gone to SKY(It looks like), so the offer is viable now. Im glad the fight looks likey now. The Bull**** from both camps, and on here can stop.
DiBella didn't tell the WHOLE truth? I'm absolutely shocked. SHOCKED I tell you!! But, yeah, I do hope it gets signed soon.
To be fair, he was doing exactly what Hennessy has been doing. Telling one side of the story. Neither have waivered from it, it was just that whole confusing British TV money 800k. Soon as Hennessy found somewhere to get it they've both been pretty sharpish moving the fight along. As for predictions im gonna go Taylor on points, but with a few rocky moments along the way, maybe even a trip to the canvas.
I'm sure it is much more than that. Taylor would have taken a nice pay cut I think. We will have to wait and see final numbers though I'm fairly certain Taylor will get more than the $1.6 mill offered by Hennesy.
"If this fight does go down, it will be explosive. Both guys will really be trying to hurt each other." Hope that isn't just hype. Backs up my rare Taylor stop hypothesis.
I'm hoping to go to this fight and I wouldn't travel all that way if I thought Froch was going to lose
Thousands of Ricky Hatton fans went to Vegas watch him fight Mayweather using the same logic you're using. Didn't work out so well for them. I'm sure you're more right than they were, though.:hi:
